We always like to see all the familiar faces as spring arrives - finally. This winter we decided to opt out of purchasing commercially produced, sodium and sugar laced frozen bread products. We were finding many guests are cutting back on bread (wheat/gluten sensitivities) and much was going to waste - and it costs. With the ever educational, sometimes entertaining talents of George; sous-chef/pasta maker/bread maker, delving into the creation of fresh bread to compliment fresh pasta, in-house cured bacon and all that goes with it, we found that home made ciabatta bread, focaccia and rustic crusty loaves were a big hit. The recipes change a bit all the time as we get feedback as to customer favorites. Thanks for your feedback Stan. See you soon! Dave
